Can I get hired in Texas while my Clearinghouse status is still "prohibited"?
Sometimes — and it is the most important question to ask a recruiter. A driver cannot schedule their own return-to-duty test; under 49 CFR 40.305 an employer must order it, and it can only happen after your SAP has determined you successfully complied with the prescribed education or treatment. When does my status change from prohibited to not prohibited?
